Unified Communications is a very interesting topic for me, as you can define it as a phrase or each word individually. Each of these definitions mean something unique to each use case, organization, and individual. I have recently enjoyed discovering what users expect from use cases and personal likings. I hope that I am able to be part of a larger initiative to help build the foundation for a truly unified communication experience for all organizations and users.
